12th Annual Portland, Oregon Double All Day Singing

Please join us in Portland on Saturday and Sunday May 2-3, 2026, for our annual Double All Day singing!

We will sing from the Sacred Harp 2025 edition (Denson) on Saturday and the Christian Harmony on Sunday.

The singing will be at the Laurelhurst Club in SE Portland (3721 SE Ankeny St, Portland OR).

No previous singing experience is required, and newcomers are encouraged to attend. Loaner books will be available.

Registration opens at 9 am. We will sing from 9:30-3:00 both days, with dinner on the grounds at noon.

Friday Night Singing School

7:30-9pm, at the Musician's Union Hall (325 NE 20th Avenue)

Hayden Arp, an incredible longtime singer and friend heralding from Pennsylvania, will teach our singing school on Friday night.

The singing school will use both the Sacred Harp and the Christian Harmony. Loaner books will be available.

Socials

Saturday evening: At the house of a local singer in NE Portland. Address will be provided at the singing.

Covid Protocols

We kindly request all attendees to take a Covid test each singing day (including Friday), less than 2 hours prior to entering the venue.

We will have a few Covid tests onsite to share with singers at the venue, but not very many.

Please stay home if you are ill or have any respiratory symptoms, out of care for each other and especially our elder and immunocompromised singers.

Venue doors and windows will be open to ensure optimal ventilation. Please dress accordingly.

Accessibility

The Laurelhurst Club, the main venue for singing, is fully accessible via a ramp from the sidewalk, and there is plenty of nearby on-street parking.

The Musician's Union Hall, the venue for our Friday Singing School, is fully accessible with a small parking lot.

Childcare

Childcare will be available both Saturday and Sunday, from 9am-3pm each day.
